When to Exercise
Now, physiologically the best time is late afternoon/early evening when the body is at it's theoretical peak performance level. As most of you will confirm - that concept is theoretical only. In reality what happens is that we are still stuck at work, haven't eaten all day, still got a busload to do and are generally pretty tired.

The Wave of Obesity – Is your child at risk?
Childhood obesity in Australia is gaining some alarming statistics today in our fair land of Oz. The average 12 year old boy in 1970 was lighter, could run a mile faster, played outside more often, and had less body fat than his counterpart of 2009. Contributing factors to the boy of 2009's under performance in this survey can be attributed to poor diet and exercise, too much time playing computer games, too many in between meal snacks, not enough kicking the ball around or disco dancing like we used to do.
