It includes fitness, eating and drinking, but also lifestyle, work-life balance, and role modeling for your children. It encompasses the physical and the mental. Your stress levels and general contentment, essentially your whole outlook on life, is directly influenced by and also directly influences your health. Good health is the very core of your life.
It all starts with knowledge: knowing all about health and how to improve it. Then taking action to change some old habits and acquire a few new ones. In the end it’s much easier then you think, because small changes will yield great returns in the long run. It takes an understanding of but a few simple principles to turn your life around.

Axel has a down-to-earth, no-nonsense approach with great big splashes of dry humor making it easier to get up on cold, dark mornings for training. In the 6 months I've been working with him I haven't had one repeat training session - the variety is incredible which really helps to keep me motivated. I can honestly say that I've achieved the best ever results with my body and health since working with Axel.
Axel is endlessly patient and encouraging and always happy to explain the finer points of an activity. Even in groups he pays individual attention to ensure each person works to their potential. His training sessions include a mix of strength and cardio activities that give a good all-over workout. Boxing and kick-boxing are a particularly fun way to blow off steam. What´s more, his uniquely German sense of humor means we always have a laugh.
I have always had trouble sticking to an exercise routine long term. Axel's approach is focused and effective and I have seen and felt results. He keeps his sessions fresh and is always incorporating new techniques which keeps me interested. He is also one of the nicest trainers I have encountered who finds a way to bring some humour to the hard work! I have trained with him now for two years and dont plan to stop.
I have trained with Axel for over 6 months and I'm hooked. No two sessions have ever been the same and the variety and intensity has toned and strengthened my body like never before. He has a 'lifestyle' approach to fitness and went out of his way to help me prepare for a half marathon. I had never been one for early morning exercise, but his encouragement and sarcastic charm certainly help.
